Faulty Items:
Faulty items will be dealt with in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
General Returns:
If you wish to return an item (or items), for reasons such as the item is not wanted or no longer required, then a 10% rebooking fee may apply
All items returned this way must be in as bought condition, free from defects and complete with any labels or packaging enabling the item/s to be resold as new.
Opened or used products will not be accepted for return
Refund will only be given for transactions within the last 30 days
Proof of purchase is required with each refund
This returns policy applies to both Cash and Trade account transactions
Special order products, timber that has been planed, cut or machined to order and paints mixed to order are not eligible for refund (unless faulty)
