I hereby apply to open a credit account with Richards Builders Merchants Ltd, and agree to abide by their terms, i.e. payment due on all invoices on or before the 28th day of the following month.
Goods collected between the 1st and 31st of the current month are payable on or before the 28th day of the following month. Goods purchased on account remain the property of Richards Builders Merchants Ltd until paid for.
Richards Builders Merchants Ltd reserve and retain their rights to alter or change these terms at any time and to charge interest or credit charge on all over due accounts. They also have the right to cancel this credit agreement at any time.
Data Protection:
We will make a search with a Credit Reference Agency, which we will keep a record of that search. In some instances we may also make a search on the personal credit file of principal directors.
Should it become necessary to review an account, then again a credit reference may be sought and a record kept.
Failure to comply with these terms would mean credit would cease immediately.
Any change in name/address or e-mail etc. should be advised at your earliest convenience.
