Coronavirus (Covid-19) Situation

Richards Builders Merchants Ltd are working hard to ensure there is minimum disruption to services in these uncertain times.  We are also doing what we can to look after the health and wellbeing of our customers & staff

We currently have no plans to close any of our branches or change current working hours, deliveries are still going ahead as normal.  We are of course monitoring the situation closely and will continue to follow Public Health England’s advice.

Health and Safety

Our staff have all been given instructions regarding thoroughly washing their hands and doing so regularly.  An enhanced daily cleaning routine is also being implemented to try to reduce the chances of the virus spreading on the most likely surfaces

Supplies

We are in constant contact with our suppliers and at this time there are no issues with the supply chain.  If there is any change to the availability of certain products we will inform our customers as soon as possible.

Deliveries

If you are currently in self-isolation please speak to our sales team and we will discuss arrangements regarding where the delivery can be left.

All currently booked deliveries are still scheduled to go ahead, if there is any change to this we will inform customers as soon as possible

Summary

  • We are continuing to trade as normal unless we are instructed otherwise by the government
  • Extra precautions are being taking to ensure the safety of our customers and staff
